What is the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC)?

The Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) is an annual Dota 2 pro season that lasts for approximately one calendar year.

All of the best Dota 2 teams from around the world take part in the DPC and compete to be the best. Once all of the season’s action has finished, everything comes to an end at The International, where the highest-ranking teams from the season compete to be crowned the World Champion.

Each season, 3 tours take place. At the end of each tour, a Major takes place. The 3rd tour will be the Bali Major 2023.

Bali Major 2023 (Guide)

The Bali Major will be a big part of the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit.

Bali, Indonesia, was chosen to be the host because of its incredibly passionate fanbase. After all, Dota 2 is very popular in Indonesia, with over 500K people actively playing the game.

Naturally, Bali is a great destination for the final Major of the 3rd tour. It has beautiful beaches, amazing temples, and a passionate fanbase to go with it. When you think about it, what more could Dota 2 fans ask for?

Specifically, the Bali Major 2023 will kick off on June 29 at the luxury 5-star AYANA Estate resort and conclude on July 9. Here, 18 of the best teams from the DPC Tour 3 will fight it out. However, the teams for the tournament have yet to be confirmed because Tour 3 is still ongoing.

What’s the prize pool for the Bali Major 2023? A cool $500,000 and 3,500 Pro Circuit points. There’s a lot on the line here, which is why all 18 teams taking part will be fiercely competitive. The 3,5000 Pro Circuit points are especially important, as these points will likely secure a team a spot at The International 2023.

Where to Watch Bali Major 2023?

From June 29 to July 9, you can watch the Bali Major 2023 using the following platforms:

  • Twitch (Epuzle Gaming)
  • YouTube (@EpulzeGaming)

All of the Bali Major 2023 matches will be streamed on these platforms in real-time, so don’t forget to have YouTube or Twitch downloaded to your smartphone so that you never miss a second.

How to Buy Tickets for Bali Major 2023?

The Bali Major 2023 is taking place at the luxury 5-star AYANA Estate resort in Bali.

This is a high-class, luxurious venue to host a Dota 2 tournament — but the place itself is pretty small. Plus, only the last 3 days of the tournament will be made available for fans to come and watch, so you can expect limited ticket availability at the very best.

If you don’t live in Indonesia but desperately want to watch the Bali Major 2023 in person, you might struggle to get your hands on some tickets. This is because the tickets are highly likely going to sell out quickly to local fans who live in Bali or close by.
