We had a tremendous May in terms of Esports. Everyone felt that summer had arrived with PGL Major Antwerp 2022, followed by ESL One Stockholm and finally MSI 2022. Now we are entering the month of June before we can even breathe and we have great tournaments ahead of us. It looks like we will be watching a lot of CSGO tournaments this month.

We decided to list the tournaments in June in our blog post today. This way you can create a calendar and have a path in your head for your Esports bets. Now if you’re ready, let’s take a quick look at Esports events in June.

We have stated many times that the summer of 2022 will bring storms in terms of CSGO. There are three highly competitive big tournaments in June. Moreover, we will examine them one by one under the headings.

Intel Extreme Masters XVII – Dallas | 30 May – 5 June 2022

The fight begins at IEM Dallas with 5 teams that are ESL Partners and 11 teams that are included depending on other criteria. A total of 16 teams will compete for the tournament, which will happen in Dallas and has a prize money of $250,000. Likewise, teams will earn Pro Tour and BLAST Premier points, as well as prize money.

The tournament will consist of two stages, the Group Stage and the Playoffs. There will be two groups of 8 each that will operate in the Two Double-elimination format. Teams that succeed in winning the group stage will be able to advance directly to the semi-finals. Likewise, the second and third places will advance to the quarter-finals as High Seeds-Low Seeds.

BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 | June 15 – 19, 2022

BLAST Premier is one of the most important tournament series in CSGO. All year round, BLAST Premier organizes three major tournaments. The first two of these appear as Spring and Fall. The team that succeeds in being the first in these tournaments is entitled to participate directly in the BLAST Premier World Final 2022.

BLAST Premier: Spring Finals will feature 8 teams competing in mid-June. The tournament format will first start with the group stage. In the group stage, the teams will be divided into two groups of 4 each. Teams that win in the group stage advance directly to the semi-finals. The second and third placed teams advance to the quarter finals as High Seeds – Low Seeds.

Besides, teams that succeed in ranking in the tournament will receive their share of the $425.00 prize pool. Likewise, BLAST Premier points will be among the prizes.

Roobet Cup – June 22 – 30, 2022

Roobet Cup is a tournament sponsored by Roobet. The 16 invited teams will compete for a total prize pool of $250,000. Moreover, the team that succeeds in being the first will receive the $150,000 grand prize. Moving on to the tournament format, the group stage will begin with four double-eliminations.

The groups will consist of 4 teams in total and naturally there will be 4 groups. The first two teams that are not successful in the groups will be able to participate directly in the Playoffs. Moreover, in the playoffs, the matches will be Bo3 and have a Single-Elimination bracket.

Call of Duty League 2022: Stage 3 Major – June 2 – 5, 2022

Call of Duty League 2022 season continues at full speed. There are 2 big stages left that are expected to be held before the grand finale. The first of these is stage 3 major and the other is stage 4 major. In June, Stage 3 awaits Call of Duty fans for now. A total of 12 teams will compete to advance to the Grand Final. Teams will then receive both cash prizes and CDL points.

Double-Elimination bracket will be used in the tournament format and all matches will be Bo5. Only the Grand Final will be Bo9. Teams will play the game modes: Hardpoint, Search and Destroy and Control modes. In addition to all these, while Activision chooses Vanguard as the game, the tournament matches will be online.

2022 Global StarCraft II League Season 2: Code S | June 06 – July 21, 2022

The Starcraft 2 saga returns with the month of June. As of June 6, 20 professional Starcraft 2 players will compete for the grand prize. A total of $123,000 is expected to be distributed throughout the tournament. The tournament will consist of 1v1 group stages and playoffs. In Group Stage 1, a total of 5 groups will be formed and there will be 4 players in each group. At this point, only the top two teams from each group will be able to advance to the Playoffs.

Stay tuned on June 6th to bet on which team will advance to the next stage.

In addition, GSL Season 3 semi-finalists are determined among the teams that have reached the finals in the playoffs. Finally, the winner of this tournament qualifies to participate directly in IEM Katowice 2023, and it will occur one year later.

Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 – Spring Split Major | June 29-3 July, 2022

The Spring Split Major will kick off the second season of the RLCS in the last days of June. This season’s RLCS system is also divided into 3 sections. Fall, Winter and Spring stand for 3 regional events before the grand finale. 

Teams that achieve success in all events will collect points for whether to participate in the World Championship or the World Championship Wildcard. There is also a serious prize pool of $300,000.

Finally, a total of 16 teams will participate in the RLCS Spring Split Major. Moreover, you can see from which regions the teams participated, along with their numbers, in the list below.

Overwatch League 2022 – Kickoff Clash | June 2-5, 2022

We haven’t seen many big tournaments related to Overwatch lately. However, with the month of June, Overwatch joins the tournament fury. Furthermore, on June 2, the Overwatch League 2022 – Kickoff Clash tournament will be held. There is a total prize pool of $225,000 with the participation of 12 teams. Successful teams will also earn Overwatch League points.

The classic double elimination system will be played as the tournament format. Moreover, West matches of the tournament will be played offline at Esports Stadium Arlington. We don’t know where the East matches will occur.

Icons Global Championship 2022 | June 14 – July 9, 2022

The rise of mobile games in Esports continues with all its hype. A Wild Rift tournament will be held in Singapore with the sponsorship of Coca Cola and the organization of Riot Games. Moreover, the prize pool is $2,000,000. That’s an incredibly high number for an Esports tournament of a mobile game. However, we can say that there will be serious competition in the Icons Global Championship 2022.

First of all, 16 teams will be divided into four groups of 4 teams as Play-in in the tournament. Only the top two teams from these groups will be able to advance to the main group stage. Likewise, there will be 4 groups consisting of 4 teams in the group stage. 

And with that, 16 teams in the group stage will battle to advance to the playoffs. Finally, the Knockout Stage will begin for those who make it out of the playoffs. At this point, teams will have to put their lives on the line for the grand final.

Arena of Valor International Championship 2022 | June 16 – July 10, 2022

Just like Wild Rift, a huge tournament awaits us for the mobile moba game Arena of Valor. Moreover, a total of 16 teams are preparing to hit the Esports scene for a prize pool of $2,000,000. Also the tournament which will occur in Ho Chi Minh City will be offline. 

With that, the teams will begin a group challenge consisting of two phases. The top three teams of each group will advance through stage 1 to stage 2. In Stage 2, the best two teams from each group will advance to the Knockout Stage.

Furthermore, with the Knockout Stage, we will see Double Elimination Bracket until the Grand Final. We know that the matches in the qualifying phase will be Bo5, while the Grand Final will be Bo7. If you are excited about mobile games, do not miss both Wild Rift and Arena of Valor.
